As far as I am aware, the claims functionality was written for a particular client to handle their processes around claiming for the damage to the goods they were shipping. For what that particular client wanted to do, I think it meets their requirements quite well.
Whether it meets your requirements (or whether there is another approach within OTM) will obviously depend on your particular requirements. |
