| What do you have configured in your Agent Action? When you select an action that requires a transmission or e-mail OTM will ask you what to put as the Subject. That's where the "Your shipment is about to move" clause belongs. If it's not there then that's the problem. If it is, then you'll have to look at the logs or transmission manager to see what OTM is doing. |
