Hi,

I did before 2 things for that. It depends which one was preferable:

1) Work with base rates and have a discount or adding to it. Most likely when prices go up by a percentage.

2) Get the new rated in the exact format as earlier when you created the fist CSVs. Most of the time I use a "rate translator" and run that again so you get the appropriate CSVs.

3) Download all the applicable CSVs as current in OTM. In Excel you can change something. This will be quite time consuming as you stated already.

It is just giving you ideas.
