They are found in the /OTM_HOME/docs/database directory. Follow the instructions in the readme file. They are somewhat useful, but no points for artistic impression. A better solution is to reverse engineer the database into a tool like ERWIN, then print out the subject area's that are relevant to your implementation. Should be a trivial exercise for your local data modeler.
