| I'm going to think way way out of the box on this one. Why don't you see if you can set up a set of custom OR statuses that mirror the shipment events. When the event is received use that as a trigger for an Agent to change the OR status (may require 2 agents where you raise the event first). Then, have an agent listen for a change in the OR status and add the event on the OR. Keep in mind that this is just a wild thought but to actually do this it would require someone who's done this type of agent configuration before. |
