Re: OTM implementation lifecycle

Hi,

Generally, based on my experience, the way in which OTM/GC3 has been implemented and the processes that are followed has been driven by the strength of the consultants working on the invididual project.

What that means is that the "standard" (if there is such a thing) documentation on how to implement the application does not really exist. In general, like most applications, you need to figure out the requirements, come up with a design to meet those requirements and then collect the data, design the integration and configure the application. The more times you do this, the better you become at it.

So, in short, to answer your question - there is generally not any reference documents on the full implementation lifecycle. If you want any advice on a particular subject, post your question in here and I am sure someone will offer up and share their experiences.
