Hi - I would take a look in the OTM logs to see if you can find a more detailed message that will explain the issue. For the standard OTM software, having a SERVPROV user accept a tender should not be problematic.
Without seeing the more detailed log files, I would check the configuration, on your GLOG domain, of the Workflow parameters (Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Workflow Parameters) and make sure that is set up correctly. If you have set up a new mode for example, and that mode is on this shipment, you will need to set up these Workflow Parameters accordingly.
Re-post the detailed log files if you are still seeing issues. |
