[SOLVED] Oracle's 2007 Timezone Patch Impact to OTM
Oracle recently released a 2007 Timezone Patch (official name is something like: Common Wealth Games patch) - I had a couple questions on:

1 - has anyone w/ OTM vs 5.0+ applied this patch and noticed an impact to OTM or has anyone heard there might be a negative impact to OTM?

2 - One of the requirements for the patch is an Oracle version of 9.2+, is there a work around if the client software is only 9.0.1?

Also, if anyone has any background on how timezones work in OTM (I know there is the UTC program and a table in the property files that deal w/ timezones), the info will help in analysis.
