You need to capture some logs for this issue.

I am assuming it is taking 5 minutes to time out. YOu should be able to see the lock via the bean servlet:

glog.webserver.beancache.BeanCacheServlet

Do you have any agents running on CHARTER VOYAGE. event CHARTER VOYAGE - MODIFIED? If there is more than one agent being triggered at the same time, you may get this issue?

Is it occurring every time, or is it intermittent?

Either way, you really need to get into the LOGS.
