Hi,

What is the purpose of the customer? SOunds perhaps as a stupid question, but some people mean by customer the delivery address, some people mean the freight payer, etc...

For the delivery address I don't see really the problem. CHange the delivery address and address what the impact is to the shipment(s). THen it depends how you set up your transport, using multileg etc...
