We are currently organizing our upcoming March '08 conference call and would like to hear what the user community wants to discuss or learn more about. If you have any ideas and or comments, please post them to this thread.

Current agenda items include:

• Understanding Oracle's Service and Metalink escalation process - specifically for OTM. Keith Wenyon will be on the call to address the service escalation process and gain your feedback around service quality and timeliness.
  
  • Service/Support Metrics provided by Oracle
  • Metalink escalation - how the process works and what the user can do to escalate issues/TARs
  • Trained resources to address OTM specific issues before it gets to Keith's team.
  • Room for improvement - solicited by the user community
