| Shipment containing Hazardous item - Notification to be sent to Carrier
The shipment created contains Hazardous items.
When this shipment is tendered - I need a notification to be sent to the service provider.
I do see an Hazardous flag at the shipment level but how to enable / get it checked ?
I did setup an automation agent - where on event (shipment tender - sent) saved condition : Hazarditem (which is based on item query) I set an action to notify service provider. But this is not working.
Is there any way - to get the hazardous flag updated at the shipment level or how to send a notification on shipment tendering.
