Hello,
You're receiving this error because the required 3rd-party jar files were not loaded into your system after your installation.
The easiest way to resolve this issue is to use the 3rd-party jars archive that we provide on the forum: http://www.otmfaq.com/forums/f23/otm...tallation-415/ (OTM v5.5 Extra Jars Required for Installation)
