Re: NO_USER_ACCESS exception in OTM

Have you tried to restart the entire stack since you started getting this error? I'm assuming you are using 5.5? I also see that you are using Windows. I have not tested anything about using 1536 for the JVM size so you may want to throttle it back down to see if the system becomes more stable.
