Actually we implemented PAE and 3 GB switch on our windows server because of that we increased memory limit from 1.5 to 2.4 GB on our server. After that we did some memory tuning also. Now OTM java heap is set to use 1.8 GB and rest of the memory is going to native heap. Application is stable and doing good. Looks like this NO_USER_ACCESS exception is not related to memory.
