I haven't had too much experience with OAS but this looks similar to the weblogic error you would get when the user id and password is the system userid/password. Please check your oc4j.conf (not sure if the oc4j filename is correct) and ensure that the password is set correctly. Usually with weblogic you would get user system denied access.
