Hi Yuga,
Even though it sounds like access issue there is a fluctuation between the server communication. This issue occurs when the configured objects are not properly saved in the server.
To be more clear:
Assume there are two servers. when you search, a request is raised to any one of the server (server A) and it fetches the result. when you try once again it will not fetch (server B). This issue i faced earlier. In this case just log into one server using IP address and edit user configuration related objects and finish. Follow the same for the second server and it will surely work.
