Re: Integration of UPS Rate Engine with OTM

In older versions of GC3 (OTM prior to the acquisition), we used to include some demo data, including UPS rates that got loaded into the system. I assume it's still possible to convert UPS/parcel rates and load into OTM, but am not sure this is the most efficient way to handle this.

I'd look to others with direct experience to respond; though I would think that using integration to communicate with the UPS rate engine would be a better option, as it avoids having to deal with rate maintenance in OTM.

Also in OTM 6.0, some new features and APIs are being put together around parcel. Not an immediate solution, but something for the future.
