[WEBINAR] Integrating EBS and OTM: Process Flows and Avoiding Pitfalls

Just last week, I gave a workshop at OAUG Collaborate '07 covering some of the lessons we've learned while integrating EBS and OTM. We've worked with 3 of the first 4 early-adopter clients and there has been a steep learning curve - not to mention plenty of pitfalls (or learning opportunities). The presentation went very well - mostly because I had a great audience and we were able to make it very interactive - focusing on their specific questions, problems, needs.

I'm going to schedule an eLearning session with OAUG to present again in the coming months - but in the meantime, here's a copy of the presentation. If nothing else, it'll give you a simplified view of the currently-mapped EBS/OTM integration flows, the patch levels required to get things running (current as of late Feb), and an overview of the lessons learned.

As always, feel free to post specific questions to the forums and I'll do my best to help.

Hope this helps!

BTW - Sam also gave a great presentation on how to customize OTM towards your business processes using Screen Sets, Menu Managers, etc. I believe he's giving an eLearning session in August to cover this again. If anyone's interested - let me know and I'll post more details.
