Hi Pankaj,

Seems to be a connection port issue..Are you manually able to FTP box2 from your box1...you have tried Passive mode?...Active FTP may not function when used in conjunction with a client-side NAT (Network Address Translation) device which is not smart enough to alter the IP address info in FTP packets..
Please post us on any development on this..
