i use public transport modes. actually i found the problem.
In service provider,we use match rule to match invoice with the shipment. match rule dat was corrupted and it throwed us this error. Hence it affected tendering process too....
no idea hw match rule was corrupted i.e. we were not able to view or edit it!!! we deleted match rule and created new one after which tendering process worked!!! |
