This will look like a newbie question but I could really use the help. I am having difficulty getting OTM to recognize container capacities. When planning shipments, I cannot get OTM to break an order release into multiple containers. As an example, OTM will load a 300,000 pound shipment onto a single truckload instead of breaking into multiple truckloads based upon the stated capacity of weight and volume. Where do I link the container capacity so that OTM will appropriately split these orders into the required number of containers?
