Truck to L carries a combination of items from A and B

Truck to N carries a part of items from B
My question is- is it necessary for all 3 trucks i.e trucks from A, B and C to arrive at point X at the exact same time, for OTM to be able to deconsolidate and consolidate the items back and put them on the respective trucks to L, M and N.
Kindly resolve my doubt. | Hi ,
