Hi,
So I understand correctly, you are sending from multiple BPEL instances or multi-server? Assuming you've double checked all your endpoints/WSDL's and partner links, are these BPEL threads instantiated from another source system? Possibly separate domain issue or check your connection factory settings.
If you provide some more details might be able to give you some more suggestions.
