Title : Introduction to Core Functionality
Speaker: Carol Ann Daley - Senior Curriculum Developer, Oracle
The Introduction to Core Functionality track would provide very high-level information for a user who is new to OTM. The track would include a PowerPoint presentation plus a demonstration of OTM. Topics for this track include:
• What is OTM?
• Basic Navigation
• Review of the various areas of OTM (discuss each of the menu items at the highest level)
• Key Business Objects which are the basis of OTM such as Orders, Shipments, Locations, Service Providers, Rates, Itineraries, Automation Agents and Status Types/Status Values
• Help Menu
