This presentation will cover the topic of how LSPs can leverage the capabilities of OTM in their business transformation initiatives. Satyam has participated in some of these transformation initiatives at LSPs and will present the how OTM has been leveraged for new business acquisition, creating innovative logistics products / solutions, consolidating operations from multiple lines of business and supporting lean and efficient operations . The presentation will also cover some creative ways of configuring LSP specific business scenarios and use-cases in OTM. Ex: Intermodal operations and tariff based inter-business-unit-price-transfer.
