It sounds like a network issue. Try taking OTM out of the picture. When your connection is slow (with the other PC turned off) try copying a large file over the network and time it. Then try the same test when OTM is running normally. If the file copy is slow when the connection to OTM is slow then I think you can safely assume that the network is the issue not the OTM application. |
