Thanks Alejandro for your help. Could you please clarify on the cross dock and fictitious destination suggestion? So take my scenario for example, Origin -> C1, are you saying that we should add a fictitious destination to this leg (Origin->C1(as cross dock)->Fictitious Destination) so that we may use "Divert Shipment" to change the destination of the final leg? We have not used Divert Shipment before so we would appreciate the clarification, thanks again for your help!
