Who Are We?
The OTM SIG has developed a unique forum to incorporate the strength of the TMS tool and the knowledge base of our diverse business groups. Together we will share configuration ideas and promote an opportunity for independent success and growth.
Why This Conference?
Over the past 18 months, both pre-merger and post merger OTM customers have faced challenges in getting detailed system information from an end-user’s perspective. Pre-merger OTM customers have had their challenges maintaining the level of "access" to which they were accustomed, while post-merger customers have been searching for experienced client contacts with detailed information about using and configuring OTM. Complementing conferences like Collaborate and Open World, this conference offers a level of detail those of us specifically working in Transportation need. We’ve been listening to your input and your requests and are very excited to announce the OTM SIG, in collaboration with OTM Clients, our consulting partners and Oracle has scheduled a two-day OTM specific user's conference.

OTM development and strategic teams will be on site to answer your specific business questions.
- Additionally we have coordinated two "meet and greet" opportunities for clients, Oracle and consultancies to interact and network.
- Keynote speaker, Chris Norek (Senior Partner with Chain Connectors, Inc.) will add insight to a changing industry and allow time in his session for customer Q&A.

Step out the front door, and you're close to everything - historic Valley Forge Park, lovely Longwood Gardens and the natural beauty of the Brandywine Valley. Conference FAQ Cancellation Policy
Although the hotel registration portal will manage both the room reservations and the hotel reservation, the cancellation policy for the two are quite different. Please read the below details carefully:
- Room cancellation will follow standard room cancellation policy. Room rate is fully refundable if cancellation is received within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Conference Registration is refundable based on the below. Keep in mind, these strict guidelines have allowed us to offer a two day conference at this low cost.
- Cancellation 0-30 Days: No conference Refund available
- Cancellation 30-45 Days: 25% of Conference fee is refundable
- Cancellation 45-60 Days: 50% of Conference fee is refundable
