Hi,

All i can read from the error is that your configurations on itinerary is not correct / infesaible when aligned with the locations specified in the OR. At the first-cut I believe you need to re-visit the itineraries setup and plan the shipments.

Else try this:

1. Run Rate & Route Query and find the result - IF you get an error, meaning that your configurations is missing @ Itinerary level.

Revert if it doesnt works.
