I am not 100% sure where that Smartlink is pulling the data from within the database. You could always try turning on the SQL and UIC components of the log and after you have run the smartlink, take a look at the SQL that is being generated.
If you can interpret that, it will tell you exactly where OTM is pulling the fields that in your data are "missing". |
