Anyone Using Altova's MAPFORCE?

MAPFORCE is a data transformation/integration tool from the makers of XMLSPY...

I'm trying to see if anyine in the OTM community is using it in conjunction with delivering and/or receiving data to/from OTM.

thanks!
Craig

I recall someone using it while I was on a project with Alcan - Miguel Ferreira. I believe he posts here. He might be able to help you.

Re: Anyone Using Altova's MAPFORCE?

I want to compare and see MAPFORCE to JDEVELOPER Integration tool for SOA. Did anyone use both?

Also Stefan after doing the transformation how did you use it in your real time integration? In other words is the transformation dynamic or it is like one time thing.

Re: Anyone Using Altova's MAPFORCE?

Hello
I use mapforce to design my transformation from legacy to XML and then I generate java code to implement on-line transformation using again mapforce option.

Integration is real time, we call the java program from a scheduler, we needed only to change main program generate from MAPFORCE to have a more powerful one.

I never use JDEVELOPER TOOL sorry.

Regards
