Document Upload
Hi
I am encountering a repeated error. When ever i upload a document to a Shipment the following error is displayed.
Error
This document requires a virus check before viewing.


How do i overcome this ?
Appreciate your guidance

Hi Vinod,

I assume you didn't create a Document Use Profile.
In a document Use profile you can check "Uploads Trusted". If this is done and the document use profile is assigned to a user you won't get this message again.

If you don't check it an admin user must state that this document is free of viruses.
