Re: Not able to veiw uploaded document

Hi Arpit,

You need to set the property glog.document.safe.extensions to specify which extensions are allowed to be viewed. Add values like seperated with comma like txt, html, pdf.
And in order to allow upload of documents you need to set-up a document use profile and attached that to the user-id.

Hope this helps,

Rob

Re: Not able to veiw uploaded document

Hi there,
In addition to Rob's comments, if you have uploaded the document prior to changing the glog.document.safe.extensions and glog.document.safe.mimeTypes, then changing the property alone does not help.

What you need to do is to select the Document and then choose Actions > Verify Content Safety. You should expect the following Confirmation message from OTM:

'Documents [your doc ID] have been marked as safe for viewing'

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Simon.
