Hi all,

when i create rates via directsql (or upload them as csv), they will only be available for rating (RIQ, planning) in the UI after a "clear cache" on rateGeoCache or after opening them once in the UI (edit, finish, no changes). Does anyone know how to avoid clearing the cache so the rates are available immediatly ?

Any hint is appretiated

I faced the same issue several times. If we would have uploaded huge data then we have to restart the DB, so that cache will be cleared. Otherwise open the records from front end, so that OTM will consider those in planning. Oliver, pls let me know the solution if you get.

Hi Laksham,

did you try using the glog.webserver.cache.CacheDiagServlet to refresh only several parts instead of restarting the DB ? In my case its sufficient to refresh the "RateGeo" cache.
