BNG and BPA on two domains.

Hi,
We have two domains on the second one we are able to see the bpa’s and bng created on the first domain buy they don’t work. The second domain is not a subdomain and it is able to read all from the first domain.
Does anyone know how to solve this? Does anyone know if this is possible? If yes, how can we do it?
