Hi,

We have created a shipment and we have tried to change an external status. The status we are trying to change is a customize status. We are getting an error. It looks like
OTM is trying to do an insert instead of an update for the status.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi,
After creating the new customised status is this the first time you are trying that status. I think there could have been some error while uploading the Status thru CSV or while creating of the status.
