Rep Power: 0 | | Conditional Booking/Acceptance Hello,
We are trying to configure Conditional Booking functionality for carriers but it doesnt appear to work for some reason.
We have performed the following setup.
1. Ticked "Perform Conditional Accepts" on ServProv record.
2. Added ServProv Remark Qualifier ID on ServProv record
3. Configured Conditional Booking Profile with Conditional Booking Accept Remark Qualifier = ServProv Remark Qualifier ID
4. Selected Conditonal Booking Fields with Sequence and ticked Support Equipment Modification.
5. Updated the Conditional Booking Profile in Domain settings
6. Updated the Workflow Parameters ("BOOKING_MODES" and "CONDITIONAL_BOOKING_MODES"
) to include the Transport mode.
7. Tendered the shipment with same ServProv and Transport Mode (as above).
When we try and accept the tender through the ServProv login in OTM, we do not see any of the Conditional Booking fields to update. All we see is Reference/Remark Qualifiers/Values and a text box with Equipment Info at the ship unit level. We want the carrier to update/override Equipment Group and a few other details like Shipment Pickup location etc. as defined in the CB Profile but unfortunately these attributes are completely inaccessible from the carrier login.
Could you please let us know what else needs to be setup to make the CB functionality working as per our requirement?
Thanks,
Raj |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Re: Conditional Booking/Acceptance hi, which action are you using? if you are using 'Accept tender', this is the wrong action. YOu need to perform 'Review Conditional Booking'.
Please try this and post back if I am in error or if this still does not work.

I am using 'Accept Tender' action as I do not see 'Review Conditional Booking' action link from the Carrier login. Could you please guide me from on where to access this action from?
Thanks,

Rep Power: 0 | | | Re: Conditional Booking/Acceptance Try this : as SERVPROV, instead of doing accept action, click on the tender hyperlink and you should see a Accept button at the bottom. If your setup is correct, the conditional booking fields should appear.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Re: Conditional Booking/Acceptance Hi Leo,
Thanks for the inputs. Upon clicking on the tender hyperlink, I get a read-only screen in which I have 'Accept' and 'Decline' buttons. When I click 'Accept' in there, I get a screen with the following attributes ONLY.
1. Ship. Reference Qual (drop-down) & Ship. Reference Num (text-box) with Save button
2. Remark Qual ID (drop-down) & Remark Text (text-area) with Save button
3. Under THU Info section, the only editable fields are Accept Quantity & Equipment Info text boxes at SUL-level.
4. No CB fields are displayed what so ever.
Do you think I need to setup anything else for CB to work, apart from the 7) steps mentioned above. Thanks again.
