Hi, when a tender is sent either via the message center/email or to the particular service providers login, I can't understand why the cost of the shipment is not shown anywhere. Does anyone know how to get OTM to do this?

This will be determined by the format of the XSL that you are using to do the tender.

As default, I am not sure whether the cost is included or not, but obviously it is a key part of the shipment information so if necessary, it should be relatively straightforward to include it on the outbound tender notification.
