When ever a Notification is triggered via Automation Agent for Events like Shipment Created,Shipment Status Recieved, a notification from GLOG Advisor arrives at the mail box.Is it possible to customize the content of the Notification and send our own Messages instead of the usual template generated by OTM?

The standard notification messages that output from OTM are based on the standard stylesheets that are supplied with the application. You can customise those as you see fit to tailor the format / content of those messages for your purposes. This is usually a task that a technical consultant will undertake as part of the implementation e.g. identify which messages are going where and what format and content should make up those messages.

Do you know where these templates reside? I could not find any in the config directory on the App side or the utils directory on the Integration side.

These reside in your App server under the path /apache/htdocs/xsl/workflow.
