Hi Everybody,

Is it possible to run a report from an agent.
I mean is it possible to pop up a report inside otm when an agent is fired?

Hi,

We can't popup a report inside OTM on an agent getting fired.However we can send notifications to the message center,email....using the "Notify Contact" action...
Please repost if we are not in line...:-)

It is possible to run a report as a result of an action (ie a selected record in a results screen -> Actions button -> Run the report).

It is also possible to generate a report and attach it to an outgoing email.

But I don't know of a way to have an agent pop up a report as such - would be nice though - like a way of passing an on screen message back to the user.

not sure with popup but we can run agent through action menu.

Through "Actions Manager" menu you can configure it. But it allows shipment, order base and release reports types only.
