Sending Integration to Customers (domains)

We are a 3PL company that recently was approached by one of our customers that wants us to send data via Integration (external system) to them so they get live data on what truck is picking which orders up at which location at which date and times. We send integration to our carriers via GIS (204 EDI) and they communicate back via 990 EDI.

Has anyone setup a similar structur for the customers (the Domains)??
I am not sure how I would be able to send an integration to a customer telling them when the order would be picking up and at what location and by which carrier, every time a load was accepted by a carrier.

Any thoughts on this matter would be highly appriciatted.
Thanks,
Runi
