Serv prov prfile for tendering

Hi,

If one selects a serv prov profile in the order release, will the OTM follow a sequntial tendering to the select group of service providers in the serv prov profile. Also will the order of tendering follow the cheapest to the costliest....Else is there a better way to sequentially tender to a select group of service providers....
