Hi,

I got a situation where the service provider should get the email notifications for a particular location only when the shipment resources are withdrawn.

He should not get an email notification when the tender is accepted.

I tried my hand playing with the locations primary contacts,Contacts and the service provider contacts.still no luck.....am a newbie at otm............

Any tips on this.....
