[SOLVED] how can Service Provide update the Shipment event?

Hi,

I am a fresher of OTM. when I create a Service provide and log in with the service provide user (SERVPROV.DOMAIN-SERVICEPROVIDERXID), I can only accept or reject the related shipment. how can add the buy shipment events? when I search the buy shipment event menu, there is no result. did I miss something?

Hi,

Normally 'Buy Shipment Events' Menu in Servprov login can be used to log events for all shipments related to that particular service provider. No additional setup is required for that.

Make sure there exist at least one shipment for that service provider.

Domail Grant should be setup for servprov user to add shipment event in 5.5 CU.
