[SOLVED] Tender decline reasons
Does anybody have expirience in adding Tender decline reason codes?

I added them in all tables that I know of (talking about reasons)
Even the "DECLINE_REASON_CODE" table. (Public and local domain), but I still can;t add the codes.

Bob,

did you restart the server? We had that issue and when the cache was refreshed the new decline reason code appeared on the dropdown. Also if you are on 5.0 do you have the January 2007 SR installed? There was an issue with tender decline reason code populating the database... (issue # 5471271 on SR JAN 2007)
