Hi,

We created status type in subdomain for the object Shipment
The same is available in the Master Domain.
A subsequent status type created in a similar fashion in the subdoamin is not available in the master domain.
Kindly let me know the reason for this data inconsistency

Hi there,

1. Have you created a status value associated with your newly created status type in the sub domain ?
2. If you cannot see the status value in a drop down list in the master domain, you may need a re-start of the web / application server to "refresh" those drop down lists.
