This is probably very simple but I am needing to know how to re-send the tender offer email? Sometimes our carriers never receive the email and I need to resend it, and I cannot for the life of me figure it out? Help please

Hi Melanie - from the Buy Shipment results screen, select the shipment you want to re-send the tender for and then Actions > Tender > Re-Transmit Tender. I can't remember whether you can run this action for multiple shipments or not, let me know if you need more help.

thanks........that helps........Now I remember why I couldn't figure it out... the screens on my planning sign-on are customized and that feature is not an option....i have to sign-on as admin or superuser to see that............
