What exactly "USER" restriction in an agent event means? when we create an agent, while chossing the event we can select a restriction either "INTEGRATION" / "INTERNAL" / "USER".

What exacly "USER" means? when can we use this?

It is a way of controlling when the automation agent should run. In other words, when you select USER, you are restricting this agent to run only when the triggering action is initiated by the user as opposed to via Integration or internally by OTM.

Internal refers to another agent or a workflow initiating the Agent Event.
