On add to quote - Error

I get the shipping options on Find Shipping options. (Quote)

I am able to see the other options as well in the Refine Options
But when I do an add to quote function - I get the following error

"cause.QuoteRateRequest.0002

java.lang.NullPointerException

What can be the issue ?
